Christiane Badra

Founding partner of DNA Family & Enterprise

Christiane Badra has a degree in economics from Fundação Álvares Penteado (FAAP) and started her career at PWC, one of the largest accounting firms in the world.

In the financial markets, at Citibank, where she stayed for nine years, she was responsible for the relationship with several international financial institutions.

In 1993, she founded and became the managing director of Eletromídia, the first Brazilian family-owned company specialized in LED indoors and outdoors communication panels.

She was also the founder of Affix, an M&A boutique focused on middle market family-owned companies and worked there for three years.

Her career includes an important period at the FESA Group, an HR consulting firm, where she focused on assisting clients in corporate as well as family governance. In 2016 she participated in the creation of CF&Associates, an independent family and corporate governance consulting firm, which later became DNA Family & Enterprise.

Gert Wunderlich

Founding partner of DNA Family & Enterprise

Gert Wunderlich has a degree in mechanical engineering at the Mauá Institute of Technology (IMT) and an MBA at the European Institute for Business administration - INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France).

His career is highlighted by large investment projects in the Brazilian financial markets, with emphasis in the corporate and investment banking areas for large Brazilian as well as international corporations.

The highlights of his banking career are his leadership in many important and large privatization projects in the country as well as the structuring of large funding projects for strategic large scale infrastructure projects.

He also played an important leadership role as managing director for the local IB and corporate financing areas at Deutsche Bank, Standard Bank amongst other international financial institutions.

In addition, he played an important role in managing large family portfolios as a senior portfolio manager at GPS (Julius Bär) between 2007 and 2010.

In the years 2011 till 2014 he was the CEO of a Brazilian start-up focused on managing large forestry assets in Brazil. In 2016 he participated in the creation of CF&Associates, an independent family and corporate governance consulting firm, which later became DNA Family & Enterprise.

João Rabello

Founding partner of DNA Family & Enterprise

João Rabello has a degree in engineering as well as a master’s in production engineering at the Polytechnic School at University of São Paulo (USP).

During his career he had several important leadership positions in large corporations, such as: Managing director of the Credit Bank of São Paulo (Zogby Family); commercial vice-president at Excel Economico S.A. (Nasser Family); Executive Director at Citibank N.A. in São Paulo; financial director of Coinbra (Dreyfus Group); CEO of Fibra Bank S.A. (Steinbruch Family); CEO of Concordia Bank S.A. (Fontana/Furlan Families); President of BB DTVM (belonging to Banco do Brasil); and, more recently, president of Triangle Bank S.A. (Martins Family).

He is currently a board member of both, the Martins Group and the financial holding of the Martins Family

Natalisio de Almeida Junior

Founding partner of DNA Family & Enterprise

With a degree in production engineering at the Polytechnic School at University of São Paulo (USP) and certified as a board member by IBGC, INSEAD and by the Don Cabral Foundation, Natalisio de Almeida is a Founding partner of DNA Family & Enterprise.

He is also an independent board member at Ofner, a family-owned company where DNA helped to establish a solid corporate governance, redesigning the management structure, developing and implementing a Board of Directors. In addition, DNA coordinated the creation and implementation of a comprehensive shareholders’ agreement.

He is a board member of the Reciclar Institute, which is focused on preparing vulnerable youngsters for their professional life, and of GTT Logistics, an automation technology company focused on logistics for ports and customs-controlled environments.

In his professional career he has also been an independent board member of Dataprev as well as of Almaviva and he also has had several important positions at financial institutions such as Citibank, Banco Itaú, BankBoston, Bank of America and Credit Commercial de France (CCF). In addition, he led the creation, development and implementation of Banco Original, the first digital bank in Brazil.

He was the CEO of Banco Itaú Argentina, COO of Banco Itaú Latin-America and Head of Technology and Operations for Citibank in the same region. He was an Executive Vice-president of BankBoston in Brazil, Regional Head of Bank of America for treasury and trade services in Latin-America as well as Executive Director and Controller of Banco Crédit Commercial de France - CCF in Brazil.

He is a specialist in diversity management, particularly in the integration and leadership of people and teams with different cultural and behavioral backgrounds around common and sustainable objectives.

In addition, he actively participates in work groups and committees in various diverse areas, such as the financial markets, services, information technology, food retail, durable goods, agricultural and logistics.
